Damian has over 20 years of international audio visual integration, visual collaboration and unified communications experience. He has been with ELB for over 15 years, working initially in Sydney, Australia and most recently leading and managing the company’s U.S. expansion. His past experience also includes over 8 years in a variety of training, product management, and strategy roles with SMART Technologies in Canada. Through these experiences, Damian has amassed a deep understanding and awareness of a wide range of technologies, including how they can improve or enhance everyday outcomes. Today, he is a sought-out and respected industry leader. An alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Damian is passionate about technology and ELB’s role as an innovator within the industry. He understands that customers are the core of ELB’s business and acknowledges this by setting and supporting a customer-centric culture within his team. This culture thrives on excellent client service, efficient solutions delivery and provision of ongoing customer care.
National Manager, Sales and Business Development
An industry expert in collaboration technology, Ari has enjoyed great success helping companies evaluate and implement enterprise-wide collaboration solutions. With over 8 years’ experience in the video conferencing, unified communications, and interactive whiteboard market, he leverages technical knowledge to identify and meet client needs. Ari has extensive experience supporting the collaboration needs of the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. He has a certification in Lync Room System sales enabling him to work with his clients to bring the Microsoft Lync user experience into the conference room. Partnering with clients as a trusted resource is Ari's main goal. As the National Sales Manager, Ari leads all of the business development and sales teams, fostering a culture of customer service excellence and superior solution delivery.
National Manager, Education Sales and Marketing
Jeff has been specializing in interactive technology for over 15 years and has been with ELB since April 2006. For nine of those years he worked in Australia in a variety of technology training and product management roles. Now based in California, Jeff is responsible for the strategic direction of our Prowise business. As a specialist in interactive technologies, he understands the importance of professional development as a key component of a successful implementation. Prior to ELB, Jeff lived in Canada where he was a Training Team Lead for SMART Technologies where he spent much of his time working and interacting with educators across the United States to improve teaching and learning through the use of interactive technology. Jeff has a BSc in Business Operations from DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ.
National Manager, Education Solutions
Khoi brings over 19 years of experience in the field of education and ICT to ELB and is recognized as an expert in the integration of interactive technologies in the K-12 classroom. He worked for 7 years in one of Canada’s largest and most ethnically diverse school districts, holding positions that included Secondary School Teacher, Acting Vice Principal, Assistant Curriculum Leader for Mathematics, and Curriculum Leader for Science. In 2006 he left the public sector to join some of the world’s leading Education ICT providers including SMART Technologies, McGraw-Hill, Pearson and Promethean. During his 7-year tenure with SMART, he advised and consulted on a number of implementations around the world and was also responsible for launching and managing SMART's Education Consulting Function, Exemplary Educator program and Showcase School program in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Most recently, Khoi held the position of Head of Global Services at Promethean where he was responsible for project management, technical implementation, and customer success initiatives for all cloud based learning platforms. Khoi has a physics degree from the University of Toronto and a teaching degree from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
Stuart Clem, CTS
National Manager, Engineering and Design
With over 18 years’ experience in the audio visual industry as an AV Support Specialist and Systems Integrator, Stuart has developed a deep understanding of audio visual systems and how to apply them to a broad spectrum of users. Certified in Biamp Audia, Jupiter FusionCatalyst, and Extron Emerging Technologies, Stuart also has experience with AutoCAD, construction documentation, and project management. With a large portfolio of both design-build and spec-build projects to his credit, Stuart brings a broad knowledge and expert skill set to ELB projects. His knowledge and understanding of current and emerging technologies, as well as his passion and creativity for delivering the very best solutions to meet customer needs is truly exemplary. As the National Engineering and Design Manager, Stuart oversees all engineering, design, and documentation functions at ELB.
Jennifer O'Malley, CTS, PMP
National Manager, Implementation
Jennifer has over 15 years of project management and general management experience and has worked in the audio visual industry for 9 years. She holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) and CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certifications from the Project Management Institute and InfoComm, respectively. Prior to the audio visual industry, Jennifer was a Project Manager in the global petrochemical, aerospace, and financial services industries, managing multi-million dollar projects from start to finish, engaging and communicating with all levels of stakeholders. As the National Implementation Manager, Jennifer oversees all aspects of audio visual and unified communications systems integration projects. This includes managing and mentoring project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects within the pre-determined budget.
National Manager, Marketing and Communications
Allison has over 8 years of marketing and communications experience, along with 9 years strategy and operations consulting experience. She has worked for companies in Canada, the United States and Australia, and has provided advisory services to such leading organizations as Coca-Cola, ConAgra Foods, Devon Energy, EDS, Merck & Co., Citibank, and Bain Capital. Allison’s marketing and communications background includes roles with Imperial Oil (Esso), SMART Technologies, and with ELB in both Australia and the United States. As Marketing and Communications Manager, Allison leads and manages all of ELB's global marketing efforts and supports the strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
